Pros

- Free lunch provided every so often. - Insurance benefits are affordable.

Cons

- They tell you that you receive paid time off, but you aren't eligible for any paid time off until you've worked there at least 6-months. If you get sick or need to be out of the office for any reason within the first 6-months, you're expected to make up your time by working extended hours or over the weekend. - After you've completed your 6-months, you only receive half of the paid time off that they promise you when you're hired. So after working a full 6-months, you are given 5 vacation days. You then have to work another 6-months to receive the remaining 5-days. So, essentially, you have to work at least a year (and take no time off) in order to have a bulk 10 vacation days you can use. - Senior management doesn't care about your input. If you go to them with a suggestion, it seems like they take it as criticism and not as you trying to help offer new ways to do things. - Middle management is hardly engaged in the daily operations of the business. Their days are spent in "meetings," and don't seem to have time to work with their direct reports. - There is blatant favoritism played here. To give just one example, you are told it's against company policy to work from home, but certain people are allowed to do it pretty frequently. - Their pay is very low, even for this industry and especially for NJ.

Pros

None, just a nice downtown area.

Cons

Bad management starting with COO and administration. Very high turnover which leads to issues with existing and incoming client base. Lack of any leadership and direction along with inadequate pay structure is a pervasive and constant problem. Gossip and bad attitudes within the building have employees on edge constantly. Not a viable option for long term employment in my recommendation until a more professional and experienced ownership and management team are bought in. This is a management team that cannot manage itself much less the client base!

Pros

The COO and CEO are good people to he affiliated with but need to be more aware of what is happening within their walls.

Cons

This company is on its way to closing down. They want you to believe there is room for growth or advancement, that's a lie. Just like the lies they'll tell you about pay raises. They can't afford to pay competitive salaries in the industry, let alone give anyone a raise. Unless they just fired a few good employees and give one person a slight raise to keep them content until one day soon they will be kicked to the curb because they won't be able to afford their salary either. If you ask me, probably because of all the other former employees suing them for multiple reasons. Or vendors which they have unfairly not paid and have put liens against them. Beware of this company and it's management. Employees should also beware of the horrible HR department and practices!
