Unlimited PTO Good additional working perks/benefits Strong network of different opportunities for growth

"Encourages" growth but doesn't do anything when it comes time to grow "Unlimited PTO" but gets judged when there's "too much PTO used" even when performance is not impacted Seems like a click-y culture

Cons

Leadership keeps touting a “people first” and “transparent” culture but layoffs happen at the drop of a hat. They also took away holiday “dimmed lights” and management seems to be discouraging time off around the holidays. However as a client work based agency most clients aren’t around the last week of the year so we’ll just be sitting at our desks for nothing. It’s a small perk that was illogical to take away and decrease moral for no good reason.
