Fully remote, overall people are nice

Leadership keeps touting a “people first” and “transparent” culture but layoffs happen at the drop of a hat. They also took away holiday “dimmed lights” and management seems to be discouraging time off around the holidays. However as a client work based agency most clients aren’t around the last week of the year so we’ll just be sitting at our desks for nothing. It’s a small perk that was illogical to take away and decrease moral for no good reason.
