Salary is on Time Easy promotions (if anybody leaves or is been kicked out)

Cons

Huge list of Cons to describe here Don't waste your time joining here instead sit idle home and invest your time in thinking for yourselves. It's a seasonal based organization, so once work is done, they will kick you out or ask to leave, no matter what your designation is, how old you are,what department you are! If you are good in front of the CEO, your job is secured unless you'll be kicked out. Even referral run away within some time, highest attrition rate than any domestic call center. JOIN AT YOUR HIGHLY OWN RISK * If anybody needs any information, comment and i'll share the reality to you. Any question you have.

The worst company in Ahmedabad having hire and fire policy

This is very worst company. Nothing good to say about it. If you are the sole responsible for earning in family then never join this company because they kick out easily good employee from comoany.

Cons

It does not have good management people. Also due to. Lack of work they fire on the spot by showing terms and conditions from appointment letter.

Pros

Can work remote, that send you equipment, and easy to get hired. They did provide some very good training.

Cons

They tell you it is a full-time position, but very few weeks did I actually work 40 hours. You never know how many hours you will work until there are no more records in your queue. Must keep vey close track of everything you do, while they already are tracking your every move. Company is based in India and sometimes written training materials are not very well written.
