If you want ti learn what not do in your professional life then this your place. If you have seen good review then it is not true because cto and cofounder stander on employees to forcefully right the review

Cons

Heights of toxicity , office politics , CTO inappropriate connections with junior collegues , disrespectful for mankind , if you have joined this company they will even harm ur background verification no use at all , they unnecessarily step into personal life which is not at all good . If you are a girl who believes in dignity then this is definitely not the place for you . There are multiple cases on the company from vice president and junior colleague and even from state governments

Good for beginners (freshers) since they can learn a lot and can face extreme pressure so that in future they can never find a worse company.

- Zero work ethics - Zero work-life balance - Requirements based on assumptions - Unrealistic client commitments and deadlines - Policies change as per management's convenience - Delays in appraisal and employee benefit schemes - Lack of recruitment and resource backup creation - Biased higher management towards specific people
