I loved MY work family and being able to take care of the community I was raised in. I also took pride in knowing the change and progress RIDEOUT had made during the 13 years I was there. Stand your ground, have thick skin!!!
Cons
Horrible management. Staffing is terrible and so is the effort in getting help each shift, especially in Critical Care. The floors end up with CNA's who ALL sit with patients rather than be used to their potential. All causes friction amongst staff, missed breaks and missed lunches.
