      Great, but not without some downsides

      Pros

      Work culture is phenomenal. Employees and management have great attitudes, and provide a great environment.

      Cons

      Often feels very chaotic. Frequent changes in management and structure. Lack of structured middle management. Need to be able to "go with the flow"

      Good company to get your feet wet as a new EMT Fun and diverse work environments Interesting coworkers (particularly the more tenured individuals who choose to work here after an EMS career elsewhere)

      Cons

      Disorganized at times Lots of thinking on your feet and improvising on your own (this is a pro and a con depending on the situation)
