Pros
Great people and excellent reputation in the australian market from the Evans and Peck days. Competitive pay but personalities and politics play too big a part in career progression which is ok if you play that game but unrewarding if you don't.
Cons
The relationship and value driven E&P model has finished at advisian. It doesn't work in the commodified worleyparsons world. Others are doing it better without the corporate handcuffs. Increasingly seen as a great place to have worked rather than a good place to work.
