Pros
Work quality in solar industry is one of the best considering random startups Focus on delivering good projects.
Cons
Management is very rude. Does not know how to treat the employees No consideration given for hard work Everyone considered labour. Odd working hours 9 -7 pm. But u never leave before 8. Very cost concious. Dont even provide tea. Dont clear salaries on time. Sometime they pay you in cash. No benefits for employee like pf, bonus etc.
