I love the culture here and that's why I'm still with the company. I feel cared for and supported by most of the leadership team. My experience with my supervisor and specific department might vary from other departments. I've been working from home with 3 kids and they have been so accomodating.

Pay is lower than similar jobs in the area (post pandemic).
Everyone is so friendly here. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't say hello or ask how I am doing. The company is very flexible and cares about its employees. we are treated like people and not a number.

It is fast-paced. I love fast-paced environments, it's not for everyone though.
