      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly here. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't say hello or ask how I am doing. The company is very flexible and cares about its employees. we are treated like people and not a number.

      Cons

      It is fast-paced. I love fast-paced environments, it's not for everyone though.

      Pros

      I love the culture here and that's why I'm still with the company. I feel cared for and supported by most of the leadership team. My experience with my supervisor and specific department might vary from other departments. I've been working from home with 3 kids and they have been so accomodating.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than similar jobs in the area (post pandemic).

      Great pay, opportunities for advancement, and nice office

      Cons

      Management with little to no experience, VERY customer focused, very low work/life balance during the work week. Work long hours to meet customer demands at the last minute.
