      Pros

      The environment is friendly and constructive. Everyone helps each other out and there's always a Director around for assistance. The pay is competitive with experience. We have a lot of fun together and still get the job done.

      Cons

      There aren't many! Technology is top of market, so if change and learning new things is not your thing, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      Epitome of micromanagement. Unfriendly people, terrible location, overall not a good company in my experience. Perks were ok, but nothing special that any other decent company doesn’t offer. The drama and crappy environment, stress, etc., was NOT worth it!!!!

      Cons

      Lowball you on pay if you don’t say the right number, shady practices like using people as placeholders bc they’re so desperate for an employee. Stiff office environment, it’s like a library had a baby with the military… boring and Debbie Downers who are insecure are managers and supervisors. Playing favorites… of course, some do that but it’s pretty pathetic. If you want to time travel back to MIDDLE SCHOOL with gossip, sneaking wine daily at 4pm with higher ups, and not being appreciated WHATSOEVER, then go for it.
