Pros

My time at Adyoulike has been an incredible learning experience for me and an opportunity to grow personally and professionally. The people I work with, especially my bosses have been so patient with me, taking the time to train me and break things down to a level that I can understand then build upon. My position here at Adyoulike has allowed me to expand my knowledge and build confidence in my abilities as well as understand what I am truly capable of. Adyoulike has a fun, vibrant and family-friendly atmosphere where individual differences are nurtured and everyone's contribution is valued and respected. I am so grateful for the kindness, loyalty, and support I have received over the years.

There are no pros for working here.

Cons

They offer absolutely no training or guidance as to what they want. They throw you in, telling you they want you to traverse new processes and then tell you that you’re wrong in the way you do things when you come up with those processes. They do not care about their employees as people, and do not care to cater to employees needs or foster any type of career growth.

- Seminars, team-buildings during the year - Some technical challenges if you manage to work on those projects - quiet offices

Cons

- Strange (inexistant?) HR for the engineering teams: you don't feel like the company cares about you; turnover is very high among technical team and it doesn't feel like the direction is trying to do anything about it - Very poor engineering management: no transparency about strategy, decisions, focus - Low morale among engineers, a bit depressing - Some very strange technical / organizational decisions
