Some really good, experienced and sincere people here (but these are the people who are forced to leave due to the toxicity!)
Cons
Extremely toxic work culture - too much gossip, low morale, no room for mistakes, blame shifting, poor leadership (to name a few!) High turnover Unprofessional treatment of employees - bullying by senior management, especially the Board, tolerated Founders claim they have an open door policy but quick to fire anyone who are not 'yes men', so people are too scared to speak up Functional thinking - most people, especially the senior management do not care about working together as a team Little to no vision, planning and communication Huge cashflow issues - cannot pay suppliers, delayed salary and super payments
