Pros
It gives you a good salary, a very good timetable (work only in the mormings), social benefits and medical insurance. Very close to my home.
Cons
The work is not stimulating, it is very repetitive, and new challenges are not welcomed. They don't follow new management tendencies.

Pros
It depends on what kind of people integrate the team, but in general terms, people is very comfortable doing what they have been doing for years and years, complaining about their work procedures but no way to change them.
Cons
Too much burocracy. It is stopped in the 50's. Salaries and flexibility are poor. Movility or promotion is imposible, either between different airports or work centers.
