people are friendly and benefits are decent.

Cons

Company is in disarray. mgmt. knows there are problems and wants them fixed, but will not take active role in supporting or changing processes. Also, will lay off employees the minute oil prices fall.

Once a family owned company that was a friendly and valued its employees as individuals.

Cons

The lack of leadership and direction has caused the organization to decline quickly. The current ownership only cares about bottom line and is looking to sell at the first opportunity. It really is a sad situation, most of the talented employees that led to the organizations success have been let go in the past year. I would avoid this company.
