      Initially built alot of hours After about 3 months into my tenure at the company hours dropped drastically and continued until after I left

      There aren't any pros to this company.

      Cons

      They are not good people, the owner Bob is a bully, Dana co owner is a double face back stabber. Bad management. They take advantage of pilots that are trying to get hours for their license. The illegal way they run there facility and airplanes. There are more accidents with there aircraft than any other company and one actual 2 actual deaths.
