Only paid from pick to drop, which means, you are not paid for pre-flight, taxi, takeoff, landing, post-flight. Not too busy, so even thought, hour pay is decent, there’s not enough volume to make a living. They want you to be available 7 days a week. They don’t confirm if you will work or not until the day before at 5pm., which makes it really difficult for you to plan on making money somewhere else.
