      Pros

      Travel. Decent pay while I was there.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Exploitive and explosive employer. Toxic work environment. High stress levels. Not a good work/life balance. Management expects employees to be accessible during their time off. Management cares more about making a buck than the safety or wellbeing of their employees. Pressure to fly in unsafe conditions. Management will lie when it suits their agenda. AG does not live out their proclaimed company values. Worst work experience I have ever had.

      Highly skilled and knowledgeable people. Friendly people who work well together. Management has listened to suggestions and has implemented many. Great central SL Valley location.
