Pros
The technical knowledge and desire to learn is great. The team is a blend of creative types, engineers, business, and technical drafters. Great personalities who have each other's backs. The market is fast paced and we were bringing forth products never developed before. The company is a true market leader.
Cons
The owner is an engineer and idea guy who never stops thinking of ideas. While this is fun, it also made it difficult to see the fruits of my labor because the goals seemed to move often.

Pros
The CEO is a great guy, he has a great dream for the business and won’t stop until it comes true. Otherwise, the building is clean and the people are very nice.
Cons
I don’t think that my interview was fully transparent, for example; 1- I interviewed during off hours, so I had no idea what the culture was or that the office is a 14:1 male to female ratio 2- the role is not at all what was described to me, nor is the company really busy enough to warrant my position (aka I have a ton of downtime)
