      Fast growing company - expanding internationally and domestically. Strong leadership recognition for rolling-up sleeves and delivering Opportunity to grow in role and expand responsibility and pay (especially if you are flexible to run toward the company problems) Leadership open to feedback and new ideas - collaborative environment Things move and happen fast at AeroCore

      No place to hide if you want a job to just coast look elsewhere - everyone is expected to deliver.

      Small company if you like that. may be easy to move up if your eager to please the manager because they don't have real talent working there.

      Cons

      Have to take direction from someone incompetent. Risk getting injured. No manager positions available for anyone Black or visibly Hispanic no matter how educated and qualified.
