Innovative tech, great colleagues, but high turnover and no planning

Cons
High turnover rate, good employees leaving hurts team morale. No roadmap internally, you only know your tasks only 1-3 weeks from now, so no feeling of job safety. Everything is "urgent". Little to no planning. Company seems to value multiple iterations more than doing things right the first time, giving illusion of good work. A group of developers randomly got fired from investors pressure. When good local employees cannot be found anymore then they head to hire some outsource developers to fill the gaps, which rarely care or give their fullest investment into the work. Quality of work produced is unfortunately dictated by individuals, not by teams.
