TLDR: Run away fast. Sweat shop. No Benefits, Sub-standard wages, Highly unethical, Abusive treatment of employees. Essentially the guy hires people with impoverished backgrounds and exploits them. So, if you are halfway on the street, have no relevant education or work history and feel like you just lucked out with a solid position in an office environment....that's by design. I highly recommend that no matter how desperate your situation is, do not put yourself in a position that will just make you miss being broke and stressed vs working at this company.
