- Flexible hours - Learning curve is ok

Cons

- They don't follow professional ethics - They always find excuses for their mistakes because they are against you, if you make a mistake, you'll face a war - Unsupportive HR - Interference in your work - Aggressive way of talking (sounds like as if we're on street or at a cafe) - No transparency, what is being said to you is not the same as said to someone else. - You have sometimes to work too late in vain. - No work process, the work is a big mess. - No respect of your experience, it is the matter of being a friend of them. - They defend the CEO against you.

- High turnover - Very aggressive talking, very bad attitude and no respect - HR does not support you, with management against you. - Grouping is very clear, feels like gangsters - back-stabbing - Dirty games to fire you - you must be a friend of HR otherwise, a second class employee - They urge the employees to write 5-star reviews - learning curve is very bad at this company - lot of time wasted at meetings with no vain - unfair promotion - fake promises. - Lack of managerial experience. - salary deduction penalties. - late salary payment. - HR is not open to hear from you - unprofessional behaviors - unhealthy environment, it does help you to be productive - highly not recommended
