Not A Good Place To Work

Pros

The company has been around a long time. Amarillo is a good place to live, work, and raise a family. Other than that, I can think of no pros.

Cons

They set impossible quotas. The working conditions are poor. They don't give employees enough hours. They fail to thoroughly train. They fail to properly equip. Management is incompetent. They have a communication problem. The location is lousy.
