Toxic manager. She is a bully and fake. Gossips about everyone including the CEO… and lies… tries to gaslight… Progression is not real - it is a lie to get you to do more work outside of contract terms without a pay rise. They cannot and will not offer anything e.g. support to become a registered scientist. No training is provided - left to figure it out on your own. Pay is low (annual pay rises is not a thing here).. Management is incompetent- huge staff turnover this year There is no HR - no way to report issues as CEO turns a blind eye CEO has provided bonuses only to some staff in several instances Payslips are not provided and pension scheme is only provided for certain staff Senior staff are unsupportive, particularly one is mean spirited and a gossiper.
