Pros

Colleagues are great, and the company provides a good environment to work and learn with each other.

Cons

HR management wasn't the best. They didn't tell us what was happening with our process, and some times they even "persuade us" to go to clients that we didn't aggree on. We were promissed to learn a specific technology, and when we signed the contract they changed the technology. My exit from the company wasn't smooth. It seemed that our colleages were all sent home before they fire us, so that we could'nt talk to them.

Excellent colleagues; Excellent Business Unit Manager who helped me all the way.

Cons

They did not pay me what they owed me when I left the company; Fierce environment that causes the retention rate to be low; Complete "abandonment" of consultants at the client.

Since you have been so fierce regarding our Pros, Cons and giving us advice, let us do the same but in a positive way: Pros: It’s great to have freedom of speech. It’s good to be competent and ambitious. It’s essential to have the ability to manage expectations. Cons: It is difficult to face demotivation, failure, and frustration. It is not easy to be human. Advice to people with resentments: Bitter feelings only make you even more unhappy. Stay open to different outcomes. When someone chooses to be anonymous and do such serious accusations, we can't acknowledge or try to solve anything. It's not possible. Let us clarify that this is a misunderstanding and we don't have a record of this kind of situation. Hope you find a better outcome for your ability to use your freedom of speech and usage of proper support.

Nice activities for the employees (dinners and parties).

Cons

Left alone at the client. Awful HR management. Exit was opposite of "family values" that company says it follows, with zero tolerance regarding worker's interests and needs.
