No Pros. No respect for employees. Will start cheating you from 1st day of joining. In name of service agreement bonds, false promises.
Cons
Dont trust their single word. Pathetic approach towards employees. While leaving company they will take unethical ways to extract money from you. Dont get surprised if they turn their own words down at last moment. No professionalism in this organization. They just want there employees to earn for them. In return you can't expect any thing from this company. They wont let you down at the time of appraisals irrespective of your work you will be rewarded with peanuts. If you want to check their authenticity ask for documents of service aggrement which you yourself have signed on joining day.
