      Flexible work environment Nice building and location to work

      Cons

      Financially unstable with salary delays and unpaid salary arrears for many current and former employees Extreme politics by some longstanding employees Greedy management with poor business strategies Too many sneaks in the company with no privacy Over promising, under delivery to both clients and employees Many employees have left company with many unattended grievence and complains regarding incompetent management Company is facing many court cases, labour issues and blacklisted in the credit information bureau (crib) Traditional outdated manager style without adoption to the tech industry culture

      Pros

      The staff in general are amazing. Anyone below upper management is extremely nice and friendly. Even the clerical staff.

      Cons

      Extremely high employee turnover and no changes made by the management. Employees can go make their claim of what the issue or who the issue is, no action is taken in any form. Certain people brought in for sales micromanage other departments and other employees. Extremely late hours, pointless meetings about meetings. Terrible pay. Well below industry. No Hybrid or WFH options. For an IT company this is ridiculous.
