The company is very dynamic.The employees are behind the company;s success.Very good relationships exist between employer and employee based on mutual respect and reliance. The company is like a big family. The Management loves to create positive environment. The work is very interesting. Great group of intelligent people working very hard to achieve a common goal.

There are many changes in organizational structure. Some projects needs more resources to be consolidated on market
