Pros
It has been a joy and pleasure to be part of something bigger than myself and to be part of a team that shares my desire for the growth and betterment of Africa. Working here, I have been given the ability to stretch my leadership skills, The CEO and everyone else on the management team is very open-minded and willing to listen to all contributions. The job is remote so there is some level of flexibilty in your schedule.
Cons
Because Afriex is a start-up company, I have been required to take on multiple roles outside of my main role. However, I don't consider this too much of a con because it allows me to know more about the company and grow management skills.
