The management doesn't explain you properly the tasks and expects you to understand and follow what they say.

Many opportunities to volunteer and move between various departments
Cons
Founder is very good at writing sweet things online, but has bad manners in talking down to volunteers and interns. Founder has serious anger management issues, often snapping at volunteers at no fault of their own. New volunteers and interns expected to learn the job on their own, without much guidance, and then they get reprimanded for doing something wrong!
