Cons
Family business. Even in law also work here as hod. No experience but given position as hod. The company will do background check such as call the references and do the pre-personal background check. And they will also ask for your resignation letter from previous company which is unprofessional thing to do. Mostly they will not confirm you or extend the period but terminate you right away within probation period (3months) if you not perform well enough (with means give benefit to company in increase profit or lessen the company losses). Usually the boss is too take things personally and don't have anything to do, will gossip around the company.
