      Excellent health benefits. Flexibility. Challenging.

      Cons

      Culture has completely changed. I initially stayed because the people and culture were amazing. With entirely new leadership, the culture has transformed from collaborative to completely toxic.

      Use to be good company until they hire Monsanto people

      It is a small company that is not publicly traded. Small family atmosphere that is being dismissed by new leadership.

      Cons

      New management in research brought his Monsanto mentality. He does not give a damn about people's life. He let go a lot of people because in his mentality, he does not lead people, but things that just used for the purpose of making money. In addition, Europeans managers do not agree upon the best strategy. The company portfolio in research is a joke. They mainly sell corn state genetics.

      Cons

      Company becoming "Little Monsanto" with all of the management being recruited from St. Louis. With the (literally) hundreds of people leaving in the past 12 months, it should be apparent that this new model is not working.
