      Cons

      Company becoming "Little Monsanto" with all of the management being recruited from St. Louis. With the (literally) hundreds of people leaving in the past 12 months, it should be apparent that this new model is not working.

      After alot of evolution the team connection and general business flow seems to be realigned with Brian Barker and David Pugh playing a large role in establishing proper baselines.

      We need to continue to find our foothold with our customer base.
