      Nothing, everything in company is fraud

      This company has only some silly projects and every higher authority is relatives of each other ,They hire for just time pass nothing else they will ask you some silly coding question in your interview by which youll get this offer and after that they will offer you 10kper month,And say that they will increase it within 3 months, the hr dosent know how to write offer letter,1000s of mistakes, TRUST ME YOU'LL WASTE YOUR LIFE IN THIS COMPANY TOTALLY FRAUD

      There was only one good thing and that was i got two good friend. Rest of the employee was selfish, cunning and back biter

      Let me first highlight the character of the CEO in some points. - He was not good in releasing salary on time.kitchen - He used to pressurize their employee to sit and work late in night and some time to work for whole night even on Saturday and Sunday. - He use to treat employees as labor not developer. There was not a good policy for appraisal and when the time comes for appraisal, they used to deny it by taking any reason. Financial condition is very poor. Office infrastructure is just like a kitchen. If you want to build your career in politics then you must start your career with poor Agami Technologies. They used to work on out dated technologies. If you want to know more about Agami then join this cheap company.

      - Lot of employees are very good and but they destroy their career in this company.

      Cons

      - Boss says salary increased now and don't tell anyone even friends also.(WTF) - Salary is not good according to other companies - Management is very poor in all aspects. -They made fake promises and diverts the mind of freshers as well as experienced employees. - Boss see's the screens of employees every time and start backbiting with other employees.
