Pros

the office is in a good location

Cons

The boss was extremely manipulative in getting me to start within one day of getting the job, even though I kept resisting. Coworkers made me sit outside the office on my first day, didn't even invite me in, or give me a reason why im sitting outside. They were extremely unhelpful as well, when asking for design critiques from the senior graphic designer, the only reply I got was 'why are you asking me'. The final straw for me was when I was asked to attend an impromptu meeting where I got 'critiqued' on my work, their comments honestly felt more disrespectful than helpful. I left immediately after.

Pros

You get to work closely with establish brands and companies, and gain a lot of experience handling projects from conception to execution. Flexible leave application. Boss is approachable, yet sly and manipulative, hence a great sales person. You can pick up many sales tactics, like what to or not to say to clients.

Cons

Low salary and long working hours. Seniors are not very helpful and are quite judgemental of your struggles so you get little guidance. The company consists of mostly girls with little or no past working experience. This creates a catty and hostile working environment.s

Late working hours. The "seniors" are not helpful and experience enough to further elevate others... its like everyone's first job. Lack of welfare. Micro-managed. Limited variety of clients... not a place to grow.
