* pay * hours * team size * lacks mentorship I don't recommend working here as a new engineer unless it's the only option you have, or you don't care much for pay and just want to work on a bunch of projects end to end, since it is a lot of work that isn't rewarded as well as it could be at other places.

They want you to live, eat breath agate group. I would receive messages and calls from the CEO herself at 11pm on Friday night or Saturday, on items that could wait for Monday. I was promised huge opportunities if worked hard but that is far from the truth. I worked on average 55 to 60 hours a week only to be paid minimum wage to do senior level work. The culture there is terrible and I noticed the turn around rate is huge in this company. Benefits are awful. Short cuts are always taken if it benefits the CEO or management, whether against a employee or a client. Very Shady individuals that work here and I truly hope no one has to endure what I had to endure during my time here, and I hope this helps anyone who is looking for work.
