-Company values are easy to support; seems very customer service and 'doing the right thing' focused. -Everyone seems scary good at their jobs -Management is very accommodating with work lifestyles -Management seems thoughtful of growth opportunities -When delivering feedback, Management seems really good at trying to consider many factors/nuances.
