Good 403B employee contributions, fair salary, good work life culture
Cons
HR is horrible, explanation and resources on benefits lack, and the HOPE program is truly godawful. Poor turnover and retention and no attempts to truly keep staff.
They do care about professional development opportunities for the staff.
Cons
It is a very negative place to work. There are very unhappy people who make the the whole office pretty miserable. Management is very resistant to change--even for the better.
