Some of the employees were great to work with
Cons
Toxic work culture, being made to feel guilty for leaving on time. Huge workload for minimum pay (and having to beg for small increments) No support from senior members, staff members regularly upset and crying at work was normalised as 'part of the agency life'. Awful awful awful.

Cons
Too much work for the number of employees. Way too stressful for the lack of pay. Made to feel guilty for leaving on time. Withheld joining bonus for being on sick leave (doctors advice)
