Cons
Change after change, it seens the new business model is to cut costs and corners. Management is painfully out of touch with the business and extremely top heavy. Each day the resources and spirits of workers shrink, as the left over responsibilities accumulate to stressful work conditions and toxic behaviour amongst colleagues. Middle Management is very top heavy leaving a lot of the grunt work to be done by an already stretched staff. More energy goes into talking about problems behind closed doors, rather than a direct and honest approach, which could potentially revive the company. So many token shows of diversity and inclusion without a sense of true and genuine commitment. A decade ago it was an energetic and unified team environment.
