Pros

there was free food and drinks

Cons

- I had "feedback" talks 3x a week which was more of micromanagement - phone calls were recorded without consent of the prospects and after listened by someone that has never worked in sales to then give you feedback about the calls - only a 1,5 day onboarding to understand the product - i was meant to start in a different position and also signed the contract to then be downgraded and didn't do the job I signed up for. I then was told they are not looking for this position anymore but they put me on a list to consider me moving up again (?!!) - was already looking for a new job 1 week into it

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your role with Agicap did not meet your expectations. At Agicap, we aim to foster a supportive culture of open feedback and continuous development. We are investing heavily in the onboarding of our new employees and as a result conduct very regular feedback sessions throughout the first weeks. However, we understand that frequent feedback sessions can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we are working to find the right balance to ensure that our feedback supports growth without feeling like micromanagement. Regarding call recording, we strive to ensure all practices, respect privacy and contribute to effective training. We are strongly rejecting your allegations and continue to commit to adhere to data privacy laws. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with onboarding and role changes. At Agicap, we want every employee to succeed in their role. For some positions, we believe it can be beneficial to spend time in adjacent roles in order to gain a deeper understanding of the team’s overall structure and responsibilities (not more than 2 weeks). Thank you again for your feedback. Insights like yours are invaluable as we continue to make improvements that benefit both our team and our customers.

Pros

Good starting level job. You learn fast and money is good.

Cons

Toxic culture. Long hours and no respect for the sales team. You will spend 10h+ in the office with plenty of micromanagement practices. Ex: count the number of calls.
