Good leadership Flat structure which allows you to work autonomously You are responsible for your own work Team spirit and collaboration Always puts the customer first, very few companies do this and then we are able to reap the rewards!
Cons
Communication needs to be clearer and more decisive, especially when deciding on the release of products
