As said in one of the other reviews this company does a terrible job of actually telling you what they do and expect of you until they hire you. You’re expected to work 6 days a week from 9am-7pm standing outside of businesses and making commission only off of “donations.” You’re job is to sell charity like it’s a used car. The average paychecks sound great until you find out how many hours you’re supposed to be working and in reality it ends up being less than minimum wage. Since it’s commission based you’re exempt from minimum wage and overtime laws. Supposedly you can make great pay if you stick with it but it doesn’t seem worth it and I don’t feel comfortable selling charity for a living. The whole thing seems vaguely like a pyramid scheme once they finally lay it all out for you.

Training is subpar and the people training are immature themselves. The workplace is very unprofessional. They are not truthful in how much they omit about what the job is really like. Also, the people working there don't care about the non profits but rather the desire to open their branch in 7-10 months. Don't get stuck here for so long you can't get it.
