      This company only cares about one thing: the bottom line. They are not interested in building something that could really help someone, they are simply looking to pad their wallets.

      Cons

      Basically everything. If you're not adding to the bottom line, your job is at risk.

      Pros

      Pay is good possible OT. Not a physical job you just stand there holding a paddle control traffic. The insurance was good

      Cons

      The job has losses alot of people because they are lazy and can't do simple instructions. No set end time which means you can be out there late at night so its hard to plan anything for that day or have kids to pick up. Not much room for advancement

      Co-workers were great. Hybrid work was great.

      Cons

      Company is not be upfront. Not very trustworty. They only hire u to keep the diversity & inclusion name not for ur worth.
