- Genuinely strong company ethos and culture - Everyone's opinion and experience listened to, valued and utilised - No politics with the full team supporting each other to be successful

Cons

- Might not be the right fit for people not wanting to take ownership of their area and help grow a company - It's pretty cold in Scotland in the winter!

Pros

Great company for people who are family orientated and eager to learn new skills. The hybrid work-life that AgileCadence offers the best of both worlds plus the team is flexible to all needs. Honestly can say that the team here is considerate and super friendly which is a huge motivator.

Cons

The only "con" would be that if you are new to the tools used here at AgileCadence, it may take a bit of getting used to. Very interesting though if you enjoy learning new skills.

Previously I believed that companies would simply pay lip service to their their ethos and values. That is until I moved to AgileCadence, who work so hard at making sure that everyone is looked after, not just in the workplace, but also at home. - Strong and proactive leadership from the top down. - Values that are followed and lived by every day. - Family orientated company. - Great learning and progression opportunities.

Cons

I'm really struggling to think of any.
