Pros

Previously Northern Lights Canada. Good company with good work life balance. Benefits. Paid one hour lunch. 3 week vacation to start.

Cons

Top down company which was previously flat. Everything is about process which you must follow or be questioned about. Very stressful State they are client focused but they are metric focused with ever increasing metrics that are harder to meet as they make more rules about how to do something and what doesn't count as a stat. Many staff take stress leaves. Not respectful to staff.

Pros

Used to be a good company with strong senior management. Wendy Legere was a good CEO but there is no CEO since she left.

Cons

All the best senior management have left in the last few years. Company has been bought and sold three times. Current management is not good and doesn’t care about staff. Staff turnover is high. Morale is low.
