Pros

-Flexible Timings -Friendly colleagues -Good Initial Salaries -Learning opportunities for FreshGrads -Overall a good place to start your career and to improve your skill-set

Cons

- The company doesn't have a vision of what it wanna accomplish. thus growth of employees is stagnant for the mid to long term. - Promotions can be challenging, you'll probably have to threaten to leave to get one. - There isn't a structured approach to how the bosses run the place. They like to micro-manage EVERYTHING. So at times, it feels like people have designation but no power or control. - Other employees there, are extremely cable but they are often underutilized. - Don't get surprised if you get hired as a Dev but asked to do petty work as a BA, QA, or whatever.

Pros

Wouldn't be writing a review If I could find any.

Cons

Where do I start: 1. Non professional attitude. 2. Politics. 3. Lies and delusions. 4. Over commitment with clients. 5. Treating employees like slaves. 6. Insulting employees in front of every one. 7. Blaming employees for every loss in the project. 8. Pressurizing employees to handle multiple projects at the same time without any mistakes and 100% perfection in each. 9. Cheap mentality. 10. Bias towards the female gender(unnecessary benefits and comfort for female employees). 11. Upper management's male employees are perverts.

Pros

You get good development and learning experience early on in your career. You get a good grinding early on so you can set ambitious standards for yourself. Variety of projects and development languages give plenty of exposure. Sometimes you're on your own and that builds a lot of learning. Exposure to client communication in some projects.

Cons

People leave often, sometimes its senior members so you have to pick up after them and the management thinks that you're just as capable and experienced. No standard DevOps or other practices are available. Faulty and unfriendly software and practices for bug tracking etc. Developer reviews become a platform for unnecessary grinding and aggression rather than encouraging feedback. You are expected to be trained in everything and deliver as such, when this is a completely ridiculous concept. You are expected to have a good threshold of accepting destructive criticism, unnecessary anger outbursts, and unfair expectations. The Good Cop eventually tells you that this is for your own good.
