      The benefits provided by ICL (the parent company) are nice, and the teammates are good.

      Cons

      - Promotions in both professional and personal fields are not possible. - Working under micromanaging and unprofessional managers made the job stressful and hindered productivity. - HR spends more time recruiting than retaining employees

      The product itself does make the world a better place as data is being used to grow. has a lot of advanced argo related tech. definitely a lot of potential.

      Cons

      Most engineers feel like it's not a people first company. guess it's related to the recent changes in the HR department. feels like the VP is trying to make this a toxic workplace.
